Abacus Stocktaking Services Pty Ltd has been trading under its current name since 1985 and was incorporated in 1990. Prior to this we had been providing stocktaking services as a division of a previously owned business since 1979.

Among many significant achievements, we have been responsible for the development of many systems for stocktaking, stock control, inventory listing, asset valuation and identification as well as setting industry standards in methodology. We are an entirely Australian company established in Sydney. We recognised the need for an all purpose stocktaking service to cater for the growing business sector who, with rapid changes in technology, were increasingly unable to undertake such highly labour intensive tasks.
