After an inspection of your carpet and/or upholstery we determine what type of shampoo is required to ensure the best possible result, and pre-treat any stained or affected areas. Your carpet/upholstery is then sprayed thoroughly with a highly effective bio-degradable shampoo to loosen any dirt and pre-treated stains. The carpet is then cleaned with warm water extraction and a sanitiser to thoroughly rinse and remove all dirt and stains, which also helps to lift the pile, leaving your carpet and/or upholstery clean and fresh.
